We are passionate about creating rewarding experiences for our interns. Our 8-week internship program provides opportunities for college students to be an integral part of projects that speak directly to our mission and address challenging business needs throughout the organization.
Core projects
Guided by FKH managers, each internship participant will tackle a core project that addresses a real opportunity for improvement. Conclusions from each project will be presented at the end of the program.
Team Collaboration
Summer interns will attend department meetings, collaborate with team members to learn more about the FKH agenda, topics and initiatives, which focus on key business issues within different departments.
Work opportunities
Interns will learn about broad business management and overall property management agendas of FKH and participate in real work opportunities to add value to the organization throughout the program.
