FKH Keypership program targets college students entering their senior year, who will have the opportunity to address real business issues, recommend solutions, and to present their results to senior leaders.
Guided by FKH managers, each Keypership participant will tackle a core project that addresses a real opportunity for improvement. Conclusions from each project will be presented at the end of the program.
Summer Keypers will attend department meetings, collaborate with team members to learn more about the FKH agenda, topics and initiatives, which focus on key business issues within different departments.
