Overview

The Pricing Coordinator will support the Sr. Director of Revenue Management by executing tasks related to managing and analyzing the rental pricing of FirstKey Homes rental properties.



Responsibilities

  • Use proprietary rent software and internal systems to estimate market rents.
  • Analyze requests and communicate responses related to rent reductions and negotiations from Property Operations and Renewals teams.
  • Review rents of homes in due diligence being considered for acquisition and provide feedback to Acquisitions team.
  • Navigate the property management platform to: lookup property and tenant information, search rental histories, and update individual rent rates, as appropriate.
  • Evaluate and interpret reporting dashboards to identify property-level and market-level rental trends.
  • Provide ad-hoc Excel reporting on rental performance.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including the following Excel formulas: 'If' statements, vlookup

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated interest in pricing strategies
  • Experience working in property management, real-estate or similar industry
  • Experience working in a fast pace, high-growth company
  • Experience working in a fast pace, high-growth company
