Job Description


The Junior Information Security Analyst will provide enterprise-level information security assistance to the organization. They will diagnose and troubleshoot information security related issues. They will be responsible for the protection of company assets to include people, data and related information systems. This role will interact with individuals directly either through chat, email, remote login or by phone.


  • Responsible for the review of any LOW-MEDIUM security alert from all security systems (MS O365, MS CAS, MS Defender, Qualys, Bitdefender).
  • Responsible for the review of O365 and Azure Secure Scores; remediate vulnerabilities as necessary
  • Responsible for Vulnerability Management (Qualys); works closely with Patch Management team
  • Provide metrics on assigned security systems (Qualys, Bitdefender, CAS, MS Defender)
  • Responsible for security related helpdesk tickets
  • Ask team members targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
  • Navigate team members through actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they have solved a security issue.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate security solutions.
  • Ensure all security issues are properly logged.
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
  • Maintain jovial relationships with clients.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or equivalent work experience and/or education
  • Minimum 1-year experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Familiarity with Bitdefender or similar Antivirus solution


  • CompTIA Security + or comparable Information Security certification
  • Experience working with Vulnerability Management solutions
  • Experience working with MS Azure or Amazon Web Services
  • Experience working in property management, real estate or similar industry
  • Experience working in fast pace, high-growth company
